He is experienced in Criminal Investigations, Internal Affairs, Intelligence Collection and Analysis, and Crisis and Emergency Management. Layne has executive level experience in Forensics, Criminal Justice Information Systems, Public Safety and Business Technology, Logistics, Physical Security, Training, Strategy, Planning, Operations, and Budgeting.

Layne is very blessed to be a father, grand-father, son, brother, uncle, and friend. He loves spending time with his tribe, eating great food, visiting neat places, and meeting new people. He is a continuous learner as has a passion to serve.
