Leigh began her career in corporate sales but soon moved into real estate. She has managed staff, independent contractors and volunteers successfully for two decades.

Leigh is a real estate agent, broker, mediator, facilitator, Association Volunteer Leader and previously a general manager as well. Leigh is passionate and enthusiastic about the real estate industry. Her service to the real estate industry is extensive (yes pages of service!) however let's just say her love of the industry shows through her volunteerism. Over the years Leigh has chaired numerous state, local and National Association of REALTORS® Committees and is currently a member of the Broker/Lawyer Committee for the Texas Real Estate Commission. Leigh brings high standards and professionalism to all she does. But that's not all. She is funny, honest and listens. She is dedicated to bringing quality education. She has been teaching real estate, professional standards and motivational classes since 2000. She is a past recipient of the, Texas REALTORS' award for Instructor of the Year and the reigning REALTOR of the Year for the Greater Fort Worth Association of REALTORS. She is also Chairperson of the 2019 NAR Professional Standards Committee. Her classes are informative, interactive and high energy.
