For over 6 years, Jackie has served as Faculty Coach at INSEAD (one of the world’s top business schools) across their Business Strategy, Digital Disruption, and Leadership programs - coaching 300+ executives across 25 countries. She completed 15 team coaching engagements through INSEAD, including a multi-year CxO mandate with a major global IT consulting firm involving 50 teams.

A Professional Fellow at Harvard’s Institute of Coaching, she holds the ICF ACTC credential - among the first 300 globally - and the PCC designation.

Fluent in English, French, and Chinese. Lived and worked in Canada, UK, France, and Hong Kong.
