ON, CAJackie helps C-suite executives and leadership teams to navigate complex transformation and build strategic capability to turn disruption into competitive advantage.
She’s the person they call when stakes are high, the path is unclear, and both strategy and human systems need to shift in sync.
Does your organization need leaders who lead through disruption, crisis, and complex transformation decisively, strategically, influence and motivate across disciplines and departmental boundaries to create lasting value?
Jackie partners with C-suite executives and leadership teams to navigate complex transformation and build strategic capability to turn disruption into competitive advantage.
She’s the person they go to when stakes are high, the path is unclear, and both strategy and human systems need to shift simultaneously.
Her clients are typically senior leaders in financial services, technology, and professional services - particularly technology executives (CISOs, CTOs, CDOs) stepping into broader enterprise leadership roles.
She works with them at the intersection of business strategy and human systems - where transformation actually happens - to make the shift that defines a tenure.
What makes this work different:
Jackie brings something rare - 25 years of corporate strategy successes with Fortune 100 and leading multinationals across three continents (Morgan Stanley, TD, DuPont). She combines CFA analytical rigour and INSEAD MBA strategic value creation, with deep expertise in human and organizational dynamics.
Why clients trust her:
Jackie has lived the disruption she advises on - surviving 9/11, rebuilding after a debilitating health crisis, and founding a research firm whose work on capital markets disruption earned invitations to present to Canada’s securities regulators.
How clients work with her:
Senior executives and leadership teams work with her through:
* Strategic Advisory
* Executive and Team Coaching
* Transformation Partnership
to build strategic acumen, executive presence, and emotional intelligence, so that they can lead decisively, strategically, influence and motivate across organizational boundaries to create lasting value.
