Passionate and highly polished communicator who partners with executives, managers, leaders, companies, and organizations to help them transform to the next level of excellence.

I am an executive coach and professional speaker, and I am inspired to be a part of people's professional development journey.  My superpower is coaching and training as evident by my 40 years of combined service as an active duty Air Force member and as a federal civil servant.  In both careers, I was heavily involved with teaching and writing leadership courses.  Today, I am proud to say that as a classroom instructor teaching and writing leadership courses, I've had the privilege of preparing future leaders reach their next level of excellence.

As a classroom instructor, I taught advanced communications and management courses to active duty, military reserve and guard, and Department of Defense civilian managers. I also had the pleasure of being an adjunct professor at the University of Phoenix. Today, I'm a facilitator with the Lionheart HR group; a group offering Diversity, Equity and Inclusion training by way of a course called "Another Seat At The Table 2.0."  My participation with this group and as a member of the Toastmasters has helped me enormously.  My work has been most gratifying and extremely rewarding.  Needless to say, I've positively impacted the lives of thousands of military and civilian leaders across the spectrum of the federal government, and I am ready to help clients and organizations Level Up!
