Brainstorming ideas into categories to use in working committees is a well-liked and practical exercise that can be rolled into the strategic plan.
Concurrent sessions on Managing Conflict at annual conferences are also a specialty using the Conflict Dynamics Profile and the Thomas Kilmann Instrument. Also serve as practitioner for Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and have built teams utilizing their type including strengths and areas for improvement to achieve goals.
Experience in leadership in associations and organization both non-profit and corporate provide the background to relate to the audience. Currently serve as NSA Central Florida Dean of the Speakers Academy educating and encouraging new entrepreneurs.
