Rich strongly believes that small business owners must focus on heritage and legacy in addition to profitability and wealth creation if we are to sustain our free-enterprise system. This will require leading with principles and standards, building Radically-Engaged TeamsTM and transforming our businesses into principle-based generational enterprises.
Rich has been a business coach and investor since 2007. Over the past 15 years, Rich has worked with hundreds of business owners helping them solve their most difficult business challenges – most of which center around Culture, Standards and Team Engagement.
Rich has authored two books, "Tour de Profit – a 52 Stage Race to Grow Your Business" (2011) and "The Ultimate Business Tune Up – a Simple Yet Powerful Business Model That Will Transform the Lives of Small Business Owners" (2017).
Prior to his current career, Rich was a Division President with Pella Corporation, a VP of Human Resources for Pella Corporation, a VP HR with Texas Instruments, and a Captain in the US Army Corp of Engineers.
Rich holds a B.S. in Accounting from Arizona State University and an MBA in International Business from the University of Texas at Dallas.
