What if there was no such thing as normal? What if we are just people with all our similarities and differences… living our own normal?
My name is Alvin Law and I’m an international keynote speaker. I tell stories about growing up without arms, learning to use my feet for hands, demonstrating that resilience is born from struggle, not from a pain-free existence. Because no matter what you’re up against, you can still live a life filled with gratitude and hope.
My uniquely customized presentations are designed to empower organizations and their people to turn obstacles into possibilities. To remind everyone that success begins with people, their strengths and weaknesses, and how together, we can accomplish anything.
Are you ready for an unforgettable, life changing experience to reawaken your belief in yourself and others? Let’s chat.
In addition to being a professional speaker, I am a trained broadcaster, fundraiser, award-winning musician and bestselling author. I have earned the designation of Certified Speaking Professional (CSP). In 2009, I was inducted into the Canadian Association of Speakers (CAPS) Hall of Fame and in 2018 The Canadian Disability Hall of Fame welcomed me for my significant role in advocacy for people with special needs.
I have appeared on countless telethons and media features, and has been the subject of two award-winning television documentaries. Since 1976 Alvin has played a direct role in raising over $200 million dollars for charity.
