Prior to founding Your Project Office, Lisa was the director of the Enterprise Projec Management Office at Boston-based Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare. She was a core member of the turnaround team instrumental in guiding the organization from near-collapse to national acclaim.
Lisa is a past member on the Board of Directors for the South Shore Chamber of Commerce and the Women's Business Connection. She is the founder of Leadership in Action, an annual conference designed to create a sense of empowerment for high-school girls.
Lisa spends her free time cycling and is a competitive open water rower.
