Gene Swindell is the global messenger of change. The internationally acclaimed speaker and seminar leader, known as the Voice of Changeä, has drawn praise from meeting planners and corporate executives for his cutting-edge messages on change, leadership, team building, customer service and personal development.
He has made presentations throughout the United States and 16 other countries over the past 25 years for a client list that reads like a Who’s Who in Business including American Express, General Electric, BP/Amoco, Circuit City, Mack Trucks, Marriott, and AT&T. He has appeared as principal speaker at many national and international events including the South Pacific Business Conference at the Institute of Sport in Canberra, Australia; McClintock Management Symposium in Stratford-upon-Avon, England, and International Partners in Business conference in Utah.
For ten years, Swindell was known as the Voice of General Motors hosting a daily radio show and as a corporate speaker and training facilitator. Prior to joining GM, he was a television news anchorman on an NBC-affiliated station; a radio news director, and a newspaper reporter and columnist in his native state of Indiana.
He is author of two books, Jabez, Inc.; and The New ABCs of Success as well as four audio CDs on leadership, customer service, communication and telephone skills. His articles on business topics are published in national magazines and journals. Gene also is a frequent guest on national radio and television business shows including CNN-Worldwide.
He is a member of the National Speakers Association, American Society for Training and Development, Meeting Planners International, American Society of Association Executives, and Association for Quality and Participation. He has been honored with numerous awards including a Speaker of the Year certificate from the National Speakers Association.
