Prior to starting Clean Slate, Jennifer was Vice President of both Human Resources and Marketing for a national retailer and understands the importance of both employee and customer engagement. As a graduate of both Ivey's Executive MBA program and Second City, Jennifer operates where the business and creative worlds collide. Jennifer is a certified Facilitator and Trainer in Creative Problem Solving and is certified in the Basadur Creative Problem Solving Profile (CPSP). Jennifer has worked with diverse groups including CSAE, BMO and NASA. Jennifer is a member of CAPS, NSA & GSF, the ATD, the Human Resources Professional Association, the Canadian Society of Association Executives, the Applied Improvisation Network, and sat on the National Board of Directors of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers and sits on the National Board of Meetings Mean Business Canada. Jennifer is the Author of the upcoming book "UnScripted".
