She is a Certified Human Resources Professional ( CHRP), Certified Management Consultant ( CMC), Certified MBTI Facilitator, Inspirational Coach, and Professional Speaker with the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers, and member of the International Leadership Association and the International Association of Coaching. Lillas has over 30 years experience as a leading edge leadership and managmenet develpment practioner, working with individuals, teams and organizationa in North America and beyond.
