This seminar is for managers and executives who are seeking to expand their capacity to influence and inspire others.  Through awareness of individual talents, perspective and leadership style, participants will explore the qualities of personal mastery and leadership through the metaphor of golf.

World-class leaders share the attributes demonstrated by top ranked golfers.  By rating themselves on personal scorecards as they complete a virtual “executive course”, participants have the opportunity to explore these attributes in themselves.   Each hole offers an opening to examine the principles of excellence and achievement in golf, and in life.  Individuals score their level of mastery on each hole and will leave with an understanding of where they already excel and what part of their “game” he or she will want to fine tune.  Note:  No golf experience required for this session.

  • Explore nine key principles of personal mastery and leadership
  • Discover what aspects of their “game” support or hinder success.
  • Understand their performance/leadership style.
  • Acquire greater skill in communication and collaboration with others.

This seminar is designed to inspire managers and executives to greater awareness and confidence in order to enhance their team’s or organization’s response to internal and external catalysts for change.  Success comes through a bold vision, strategic approach, orchestrated buy in and shared accountability.

Using the metaphor of golf, this seminar incorporates a fresh perspective, interactive participation and established models to explore the strategic thinking and essential steps for dynamic change.  Participants rate the organization’s capacity to respond to, initiate, and champion change on individual scorecards.

 Participants will: 
  • Explore models that outline the elements of change management.
  • Achieve greater understanding of motives for, and resistance to, change.
  • Examine qualities of character that support or hinder change leadership.
