Myrna has been engaged in speaking, teaching, encouraging and coaching others in the pursuit of their goals since graduating from University of Alberta in 1980 where she studied the dynamics of relationships. Graduating with distinction, she used the information she gained, as well as additional training in business and the psychology of sales to build a solid career in sales and management. Attending the International Management Academy in Irvine, California, Myrna has studied sales training, business and financial planning, effective financing, and managers as leaders.
At 26, she founded a real estate company where she recruited and trained dozens of sales agents, soon becoming one of the leading companies in their market. Myrna’s own real estate practice focused on Commercial/Industrial real estate so she got to see firsthand the inner workings of countless businesses. The first deposit cheque to her new company was $1.5 million and the adventure began!
Myrna has been a major partner and the driving force in over a dozen various businesses ranging from retail sales to a utility company. She is well-respected as a business owner and has worked as a consultant to many other small businesses. Currently Myrna owns and operates, Max-U, a professional speaking and training company working with organizations throughout North America to help them master perspectives and maximize potential of their people and opportunities.

She has run two half-marathons and is thinking about a third.
