Having gained a Ph.D at London University Dr Freemantle began his career as a Production Manager at Mars Ltd. After a period with International Computers (UK) he was headhunted to become Personnel Director of Perkins Engines (UK) before being invited to join the Board of British Caledonian Airways (UK) as Vice-President Human Resources. In 1984 he left to set up his own consultancy business Superboss Ltd and help companies increase profitability by improving their approach to all aspects of customer service, employee motivation and leadership.
David Freemantle has written fifteen books including a number of best-sellers. They have been published in nineteen languages worldwide. His clients include Singapore Airlines, Citibank Singapore and many more. In the USA he has worked for Bank Atlantic (Florida) and Hallmark Cards (Kansas City)
