Dr. Shari Frisinger researches and presents programs on modifying and shaping behaviors - understanding the underlying reasons why we do what we do, especially in stressful or rapidly changing environments. Resolving conflict can actually increase productivity and morale. Dr. Shari demonstrates and presents how that is possible. Dr. Frisinger is a professor at the University of Charleston's School of Leadership and co-created three Master's level courses in crisis leadership. Magazine.
