Troy delivered a highly effective and engaging presentation as part of the US SMB Keynote Address at the 2012 Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference in Toronto. He was able to align to the key themes of our overall program while bringing his own flavor and keeping his agenda highly relevant to our audience.
