I work with senior leaders who are frustrated that their teams in China are not performing to their potential. This is often due to a lack of cross cultural intelligence from leaders based outside Asia. I help them to understand the most common challenges faced by leading teams in China, give them practical tools and techniques to apply with their teams, and support the integration and development of their team. This results in more productive teams who spend less time resolving side-issues and more energy focused on driving the business forward.
