John Pyle

CEO/Founder

NC, US
CEO and USA Triathelete

The old saying is that every life has some rain, well John's life has had plenty of it so far.  At an early age, John survived a deadly bout with meningitis which left him deaf in his left ear and partially deaf in his right.  He struggled with the hearing disablitiy but was able to master the technique of reading lips.  Set on being a career Army officer, John's Army career took an abrupt halt when he was medically discharged due to his hearing.  Things seemed to only get worse as John struggled with an abusive father who abandoned the family and the rafting death of his best friend.  It didn't seem like it could get any worse, but when John was volunteering in Central America, he contracted a parasite that left him blind in his left eye.

These calamities could have easily left John down and defeated, however he decided to rise above and become a victor and not a victim.  He turned his sites to triathlons and is now a member of the USA Triathlion team.  Also, John is the founder and CEO of Character Resouces Foundation, a non profit organization that delivers character training speakers and books to public schools.  John is the author of a book entitled, A Better Me.

John is an accomplished speaker who will fill employees or organization members with a feeling of hope and inspiration.  His talks focus on getting the best out of members and influencing them to become more productive, loyal, hard working and goal oriented performers.
