Dr. Collins teaches readers how to turn off the “Trauma DJ”, the voice in their heads that keeps them locked in the past, and move forward into freedom from emotional pain. Collins' approach teaches that all of us experience overwhelming stress, however, if we learn how trauma works, we can master the pain that once mastered us. His easy-to-read style makes working through emotional pain uplifting.
