
Robin Leach
Leach began his journalism career at the age of 15 in England as a general news reporter for The Harrow Observer and then moved on to the prestigious Daily Mail as Britain's youngest Page One reporter. In 1963, at the age of 21, Robin moved to New York. He wrote on a free-lance basis for a number of publications, and was show business editor for The Star for almost ten years.
Robin began his television career reporting for the morning shows on KABC-TV in Los Angeles and WABC-TV in New York. In 1980, he joined CNN's "People Tonight" and also reported for "Entertainment Tonight" for its first three years.
In 1983, Leach and TeleRep President and Founder Al Masini developed and launched "Lifestyles of The Rich and Famous" which was seen throughout the USA, Canada and 24 overseas countries, including the Travel Channel and El Entertainment Network and other basic cable networks.
"Lifestyles..." was followed in 1986 by "Fame, Fortune and Romance" for ABC-TV and in 1987 by "Runaway with The Rich and Famous," and over 300 hours of TV specials, others shows and the "Home Videos of the stars" series.
Leach has completed two exciting cookbooks, Entertaining with The Rich and Famous and Healthy Lifestyles. Entertaining... was also released on CD-ROM. He has also authored three books, including Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous.
In addition to his busy television schedule, Leach is featured in numerous television commercials emphasizing travel and the good life. He maintains a home in Antigua, West Indies but more often is traveling the world for his various television projects - up to 300 days and over 250,000 miles a year.
