NEWS: Tom has recently been the guest on America's Business Network, "Embracing the Journey" and also featured in the March 2007 issue of "Progress Magazine" focusing on workplace spirituality. 

Tom Dailey was a member of the original team at Discover Card, a unit of Morgan Stanley, serving for over 22 years.  He was a senior executive responsible for a multi-billion dollar division and a member of the management committee, and most recently served as an Advisory Director to the firm.  He is a member of the Board of Directors of Merchant e-Solutions of Redwood City, California and the board of Progressive Financial.  Dailey is frequently called upon to contribute to various publications, and has been a guest on network radio and television programs.  He is the founder of Valtegrics, LLC which provides presentations, workshops and programs supporting values, integrity, ethics and spirituality.  He splits his time between residences in Chicago and Columbus.  Dailey holds a degree in Social and Behavioral Science from the Ohio State University.   Dailey is a nationally-recognized expert on Values, Integrity, Ethics and Spirituality and has worked with organizations and audiences ranging from tens to thousands.

A partial list of community and civic Involvement includes the Lumen Cordium Society and Archbishop's Circle of the Archdiocese of Chicago; National Trustee of the Columbus (Ohio) Symphony Orchestra; Honorary Burgermeister of the Columbus (Ohio) Oktoberfest; Board of Ambassadors of Omni Youth Services (Chicago); House of Burgesses of Williamsburg, Virginia, Congressional Intern for the 6th District of Ohio.  He has also been involved with Junior Achievement, Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) and Chances for Children, a charity founded by Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York.  Dailey was asked to be a part of Cardinal George's entourage for a visit to Pope John Paul II in Rome in 2004.  He is also a member of the Metropolitan Club of Chicago.

Dailey has played "chopsticks" with Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York (she signed his piano as a souvenir); has served as Dolly Parton's escort at a charity event;  and has had Thanksgiving dinner with Rue McClanahan of "Golden Girls" fame.

He has been the Grand Marshal of the Disney World parade; has been a contestant on "Wheel of Fortune"; twice introduced President and Mrs. Ford at the Vail Christmas Tree Lighting, and was on the platform with Mayor Rudolph Giuliani for the Y2K celebration in Times Square on January 1, 2000. 

Tom has met with Hollywood personalities including Dolly Parton, Rue McClanahan, Jay Jacobs, Elton John and others; sports celebrities such as Archie Griffin, royalty including the Duchess of York, government figures including a president and two first ladies and even astronaut Storey Musgrave.  His father was a world champion outdoor sportsman
