With over two decades of business experience, and as a former health care executive, serving both President's Bush and Obama, White House Staff, Members of Congress, and over 7 million federal employees, Robert's systems, solutions and tools are thought provoking, innovative, results-based, and practical.
Robert has shared his expertise with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Rockwell, Trusted Health Plan, McCormick, Dimensions Health Care, AmeriHealth Caritas, Department of Energy, NASA Goddard, ASQ, SHRM, and other associations, government agencies and Fortune 500 clients.
He holds an MBA and MS from Johns Hopkins University; and a BS in Corporate Finance and Marketing from Virginia State University. Robert is accredited as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF). He earned his certification as an Executive Leadership Coach from Georgetown University.
He lives in the Maryland and enjoys writing, telling stories, chasing a little white ball, and traveling with his wife and their two teenage children.
