What is Lights, Camera, InterAction?
LCI is the brainchild of a group of Hollywood-based producers and directors who realized the same strategies used on a production crew – utilizing every member of a team to reach a common goal – play an important role in business on a daily basis.

LCI fosters teamwork, creativity, and interaction as your attendees become hands-on participants in the movie-making process. Led by facilitators with extensive television and movie credentials, teams of 10-15 individuals make their own customized 60-second commercials about your company or a key learning objective. The result is a half-day seminar that is certain to be the most memorable and fun you’ll ever encounter!

Anywhere! From the boardroom at your company’s headquarters to resort locations throughout the U.S., the Lights, Camera, InterAction team is prepared to make a difference!

What does the Lights, Camera, InterAction day look like?
Your LCI facilitators arrive on site 24-48 hours early to set up this unique teambuilding event. Extensive props and wardrobe areas are created for easy access by all competing teams. Edit bays are prepared for each group. Sound and lighting equipment, cue cards, and the infamous “action!” clap board are readied for the process.

Beginning with an informative keynote presentation where your attendees are introduced to the movie-making process, the 4-hour LCI day looks like this:

9:00 am: Introduction and Kickoff
•       Brief keynote outlining the similiarities between a production crew and your team assembled for the event
•       Participants split into teams
•       Teams disperse to plan and conceptualize

9:15 – 10:00 am: The Vision
•       Teams choose individual production roles
•       Teams conceptualize their commercial and outline their general vision

10:00 – 10:30 am: Pre-Production
•       Team roles are fulfilled: writers prepare cue cards, sound and camera operators learn their equipment, props managers assemble wardrobe, actors practice their lines

10:30 am – 12:00 noon: Execution
•       Teams film their commercials

12:00 noon – 1:00 pm: Post-Production
•       Teams work with their Facilitating Producer to edit the raw footage they’ve assembled into the final product, and a final DVD is made

7:30 pm: Premiere and Award Show (optional)
•       Screening of completed commercials
•       Review of the process, distribution of awards and key takeaways

We’ve turned a hotel suite into a hospital operating room and transformed a golf course parking lot into a soft-drink distribution center.
