Steve has helped thousands of people from across the globe to create dramatic positive results through his unique ways of influencing others.  He has a proven track record of quickly teaching others to use easy-to-apply concepts for profound results.  Steve has been in the forefront of creating innovative programs that make a difference!

He has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Applied Sociology and a Master of Arts degree in career counseling.  Steve has served as a faculty member and guest lecturer at several colleges and community service programs.  He has worked extensively in public and non-profit program planning, design, operations and evaluation.  Steve is especially skilled in inspiring others through one-on-one conversations, group training and speaking. 

Steve is a strong believer in supporting his community and volunteers as a chaplain in the United States Air Force Auxiliary.  Steve was born with Spina Bifida, a common birth defect which requires him to use braces, crutches and a wheelchair.
