Professor Marty Val Hill, MEd, MBA, SPHR was designated a National Speakers Association Outstanding Professor of the Year in 2006-07. Marty was also Service-Learning and Faculty in Industry & Business Fellow at Utah Valley Univeristy--School of Business. Since 2007, Marty has also won six Best of State Gold Medals. He was also Utah's Professor of the Year twice in 2009 and 2010. Marty speaks internationally, but particularly enjoys traveling to meet audiences throughout the Pacific Rim and Asia.

Professor Hill is a licensed educator, a member of a Utah Department of Commerce professional licensing board, a selection team member for "Utah's Best Places To Work" Awards, and a Senior Professional in Human Resources.

 

Marty is a well respected speaker, ropes course facilitator, and international consultant. He has consulted for ExxonMobil, Microsoft, and the Roche Group to name a few. Marty recently presented for organizations including the Society for Human Resource Management in Washington, DC as well as his corporate clients. Additionally, he has guest lectured for universities and corporate giants in Asia.
