ON, CANADALiz Pearson is a registered dietitian with a passion for peanut butter sandwiches and an undying love for chocolate. She speaks regularly to corporations, associations, health professionals, educators, parents, and students across North America. Liz has written four books, including two award-winning, national bestsellers. Her most recent book is called "Broccoli, Love & Dark Chocolate (because food, love and life should be delicious!)". Liz was the nutrition columnist for Chatelaine magazine for many years and appears regularly on radio and television. In addition to her nutrition education, she's completed training in Emotion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Self-Compassion, as well as comedy training with Second City. Liz's presentations are extremely informative, always relevant, and definitely engaging and inspiring.
