As an award-winning speaker, facilitator and trainer, Dawn has spent the past 25 years helping leaders in both Canada and the USA develop their leadership potential and unleash the talent in their teams.

With a Master's degree in Leadership from the University of Guelph, and a  diploma in Adult Training and Development from the University of Toronto/OISE, Dawn's approach to developing leaders is a practical, action-oriented approach.  

Her philosophy is that great leaders unleash the potential in people. If you are not getting the very best from your people every day, results are suffering. Dawn can help you fix that. 

She also believes that while learners need to take responsibility for their own learning, the learning provider also needs to have a vested interest in making sure that it happens.  With processes and tools that help leaders get measureable results, Dawn specializes in thelping leaders get better results from, and through, people. 

Dawn holds a diploma in Computer Programming and Systems from DeVry Institute.


She is a Myers-Briggs Master Practitioner and holds many certifications, including Managing Transition, Balanced Scorecard and Situational Leadership.
