Karen Caesar
Karen is a co-founder and partner of HOPE Learning Systems, Ltd. She has more than twenty years experience as a consultant, facilitator and speaker. Karen specializes in helping organizations and people develop effective leadership. In addition to her speaking, facilitating and consulting business Karen is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Alberta and on the Faculty of Continuing Education at the University of Calgary.Karen is completing a Master's degree in Organizational Design and Effectiveness from the Fielding Institute.
