Bob is also a Certified Master Trainer (CMT), Certified Sales Professional (CSP), Certified Social Entrepreneur (CSE) and holds a Diploma in Adult Learning from St. Francis Xavier University. Bob is the Founding President of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (CAPS) Ottawa Chapter.
