Since forming Nowak Associates in 1990, Manny has worked with a variety of companies from Fortune 1000 to medium and small companies, to startup entrepreneurial organizations. He has worked with many businesses helping them to find their direction, develop the plans to achieve that direction and most importantly, executing and adjusting those plans to attain the desired success. Manny spent many years in the information systems business and is a programmer by trade. Through his information system ability, he has helped many companies to solve key business problems and implement solutions that work effectively. His systems background has helped him to develop a very strategic approach to helping companies succeed. This approach is actually 6 point: (1) Building a vision for the CEO and the organization, (2) Sharing that vision with all, (3) Building the plans to make it happen, (4) Creating the measurements to know you are on track, (5) Getting the job done, and (6) Adjusting as you need to. Taking a break from Nowak Associates, Inc. from 1999-2003, Mr. Nowak served as a senior executive at CSI, a tradeshow labor management company. He was responsible for leading the company to become a premier player in the tradeshow industry. Through his leadership the company’s total sales grew by over 40 percent in a 2-year period. Implementing a customer management program helped lead to a 70% increase in business with the existing customer base. His excellent vision, planning, execution and adjustment skills help lead the company to be one of the top 3 players in the industry in less than 3 years. Also during this period, Mr. Nowak was a founding partner at 911 Software, LLC an emergency management software company. With his two partners he helped bring this company from a concept to a successful player in the medical data collection field. Starting with business in Pennsylvania, they expanded the customer based into multiple states. Manny brings over 25 years of experience to each engagement. He has an undergraduate degree form Glassboro State College (Rowan University) and did his graduate work in the Organizational Dynamics program at the University of Pennsylvania. Manny is a trained professional speaker and has spoken at a variety of tradeshows and professional events. He has also taught at both the professional, college and adult education levels.
