Understand today, think differently tomorrow.

Think8 is open to having conversations with CEO's/VP Sales/Sales Directors who are frustrated at the inconsistent performance of their sales force.

Can the sales force adapt to changing market strategy, industry and competitor pressure?
How can you shorten the sales cycle?
How can we increase margins?
How can we improve margins not just offer discounts?
Is the sales force capable of selling value?
Can the sales force deliver your growth strategy?
Do they understand the brand positioning and value propositions and articulate them?. Actionable High Impact Sales Intelligence from a portfolio of Sales Assessments voted "Best Sales Assessment/Evaluation in the USA 2011, 2012 , 2013 and 2014".

"Leadership - I am a former English Football League/Premier League Referee, a career that spanned 25 years, 13 of which were at the top level. Few people have any idea of the direct correlation that exists between the position of CEO (Leadership) and Refereeing a Premier League Football match.

I have a talk called "From the Pitch to the Boardroom" which highlights the corresponding and indeed contrasting key skills and competencies needed to perform consistently well at the highest level in business and as a football referee.

I am passionate about seeing other people do well and get better, because if people are 'growing' they will make a major contribution at many levels.

I also speak and facilitate at many international events."

Ray combines his knowledge with his sales and marketing career to drive the belief that people play a critical and key part in achieving brand and company success, thus reinforcing his 'people & productivity architect' reputation.
Ray was previously the CEO of The British Chamber of Commerce in Singapore, a Panel member on ESPN Sports 'Football Focus', a previous President and Founder of Asia Professional Speakers Association and a Chairman of the UK Hotel Industry Marketing Group as well as the Chairman and Founder of Hong Kong Chartered Institute of Marketing.
