For her entire career Susan has pursued one belief: work can and should be enjoyable! But only if you are well prepared and doing the right job the right way. She has been a trainer, workshop facilitator and key note speaker in all of the fifty states and ten foreign countries. Raised in New England, she values quality wherever she finds it. With experience on both sides of the management desk, since she began her career as a graduate of the highly esteemed Katharine Gibbs School, Susan speaks from the management viewpoint as well as that of the front line, hands on workers. Her degree in Organizational Development from Granite State College reinforced what she had learned first hand working in a variety of industries. Some clients are Institute of Management Accountants, State of Michigan, La-Z-Boy, Saddle Island Institute, VA Hospital System, General Electric and Clemson University.
