With the ever-changing landscape in healthcare business today it is imperative to have engaged, creative, unified and solution oriented staff. With the continuous changes and pressure placed on healthcare providers it is easy for staff and physicians to become overwhelmed, burned out, or worse yet.. Negative regarding their value and future. Monica has an entertaining way of pulling people together. Assisting them to focus on the strengths and positive aspect of themselves and those around them. How refreshing it was to have Monica Wofford present over one and a half days at Synchron's NextGen Conference in Canberra, Australia. NextGen is an annual conference designed specifically for financial services practitioners under the age of 40 and Monica had no problems relating to and working with the room of testosterone and estrogen charged individuals. The energy level she brought to the opening session was still there in spades at the Gala Dinner night. We were particularly impressed with Monica's voluntary involvement with the social activities of NextGen, which served very effectively to build a strong emotional bridge between herself and the delegates. The learning outcomes from Monica's sessions were effective and usable in our delegates business and personal lives. I attended the IAEE Leadership Institute to continue to invest in education and personal growth, adding to my knowledge base of learning. What I did not count on was the educational experience with Contagious Monica Wofford!
