Bible Teacher Author Professional Speaker/Soloist Billie Cash is a gifted Bible teacher and speaker/soloist who brings freshness, authenticity, accountability, hope and a thirst to know God to her audience. Her communication skills led to successful ventures in radio, TV, fashion, commentating and teaching. Billie’s experiences during husband Roy’s 30-year Naval officer career included moves, separations, challenges and raising a family. With this background, she developed and produced her ministry of encouragement. She has taken her ministry throughout America, and across the sea to the British Isles, where she has spoken in several churches and various missionary organizations, such as Stonecroft Ministries, Christian Viewpoint and United World Missions. Billie Cash has been featured on Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) and was the subject of an article in “Virtue” magazine. She has held leadership positions in Christian Women’s Clubs across the country and has developed and conducted motivational workshops on topics such as Burnout, Self Esteem, Leadership, Solitude and Time. These workshops have been given to hospital nursing staffs, Navy ships and shore commands, professional women’s civic sales and marketing clubs and public schools. Billie has released her first book, “Windows of Assurance” (published by Ambassador Emerald International) and, in addition to her busy travel schedule, she also has a tape ministry, entitled “Becoming A Woman of Balance” "Autumn Rain" by Billie Cash is a message of faith’s journey. Having a beginning, becoming dependent, being responsible, fruitful and then transforming the landscape through transplanted lives, is the process of faith. The metaphor of the garden is carried throughout the book; beginning faith is nurtured by Spring rain but transforming faith has a harvest, an abundance brought by the Autumn Rain, the rain of Harvest. It is a faith that continues to change the landscape of life. Like her second book, Light Breaking Through, Billie writes in a journalistic free verse style. In looking through the lens of her own life and finding stories of women who triumphed and persevered, Billie Cash shares stories that are up-close and personal. She tells stories of the deep and abiding faith of John and June Cash and others in her family whose lives are a testament to the goodness of God.
