Dr. Goodman is president of the National Center for Policy Analysis, a public policy research institute focusing on issues such as health care, taxes, the environment, Social Security, education, crime and privatization. With a Ph.D. in Economics from Columbia University, Dr. Goodman has taught and researched at several colleges and universities. He is the author of numerous books and articles published in professional journals. In 1988 Dr. Goodman won the prestigious Duncan Black award for the best scholarly article on Public Choice Economics.
