Carl R. Johnson J.r. is the President and CEO of Success Leadership International. This is a company that teaches empowerment to young people and aspiring leaders. Carl is the author of two books, entitled: “12 Things a Leader Can Do To Influence others More Effectively” and “Eight Success Keys of Great Leaders”. Mr. Johnson is working on another book.   Mr. Johnson is (A.T.M.) for the First Bahamas Branch of Toastmasters International Club 1600, Region 8, District 47, Division 1, Area 35. 

He is also a director of Bahamas Youth Renewal in Nassau, Bahamas where he works with trouble youths, in the area of conflict resolution, drug and alcohol habits.  Carl is a former Educator and Insurance sales representative. Carl  is also a former gang leader. 

A native born in the Islands of New Providence, The Commonwealth of The Bahamas, Carl graduated from the Northern Caribbean University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theology. He is a former Associate Youth Pastor of a congregation of 2,600 young people. Carl posses fourteen (14) years of pastoral training and counselling. 

Carl has conducted conferences and seminars for organizations in different countries around the world. For example, Jamaica and the United States of America. Fortune 500 companies have also been blessed with the opportunity of having him as a  speaker.  He also lectured for the Bahamas Ministry of Tourism S.M.A.R.T. program, (Sales, Marketing and Royal Treatment) where business leaders and owners are trained to improve their people skills, customer relations, RIU Hotel, Atlantis, Paradise Island, etc. Carl is a member of Speakers Etcetera in Los Angeles, California.  This is an organization that assists public speakers in providing speaking opportunities throughout the United States and Canada. 

He recieved an outstanding youth award in the field of Religion from the Ministry of Youth and Culture.
