He became Superintendent of the Holdrege and Grand Island City School Districts in Nebraska. He was then appointed Superintendent of the Colorado Springs Public Schools.
Receiving his bachelor's and Master's degrees from Kent State University and his doctorate from Harvard University, Mike has been a visiting professor, an author, and has hosted his own radio and television programs.
Mike is now the President of Kneale Enterprises and Education Research & Development Institute. Among his numerous awards are:
