MAKING FOOTSTEPS, NOT FOLLOWING THEM Make footsteps by creating opportunities when none exists
Ronnie was born to a teenaged mother and a young father. At birth he weighed less than 5 lbs and his grandmother didn't think he would survive. At 2 years of age, he developed double pneumonia and the doctor informed his mother that he probably wouldn't make it. As a young boy, he was often ridiculed by his peers because of a slight speech impediment. Nonetheless, having been raised by loving, strict, disciplinarian-minded parents and choosing neighborhood sports as an outlet, Ronnie was able to overcome the odds. By continuing to make good choices, he overcame more odds by avoiding the mean streets of his environment. As an adult, Ronnie would make 'life-effecting'choices that helped develop him into the respected leader, passionate trainer, and dynamic speaker that he is today.
Later, after many successful years of meandering his way through the channels of corporate America and swimming upstream against the currents of life's challenges, Ronnie felt it was time to 'make his own footsteps'and show others how they could too. Ronnie's own first footstep was to launch his company, R' Enterprises, LLC. R?' Enterprises, LLC offers educational enrichment services through motivational speaking, life-skills coaching, and customized training.
Through his company, Ronnie has shared his message to thousands by inspiring them how to make footsteps and not follow them. Ronnie has over ten years experience as a motivational speaker-trainer and enjoys the benefits his chosen profession brings from interacting with audiences of different ages, races, and backgrounds.
One of his many proud moments came about when he received a service mark from the United Sates Patent and Trademark Office for his brainchild, The Raising Corne Program Seminars' . This program consists of a dozen different seminars and workshops that are designed to provide learning enrichment coaching to young adults middle school to college aged. Ronnie confesses he is motivated by inspiring others to achieve personal success by helping them unleash the dragon from within.
