Melvin spoke and facilitated the Instructor Training Institute (ITI) - "Train The Trainer" program throughout Eastern Europe for the United States Agency for International Development conducting programs in Poland, Romania, Russia, and Ukraine.
JC has conducted sales rallies and productivity retreats for Fidelity National Title, First American Title, New York State Association, Washington State Association, Wyoming Association, Coldwell Banker, Re/MAX, & CENTURY 21, and Keller Williams.
He has authored three books. His first, "I Think I Smell Garlic", is used in third and fourth-year psychology programs at the university level. His next work was co-authored with Ken Blanchard and Stephan Covey, "Blueprint for Success".
