Emily Romano

NLPMP

California, US

Emily Romano delivers an inspirational, experiential keynote infused with humor, the kind that gets the room laughing one moment and sitting in a real breakthrough the next. Attendees leave inspired, feeling different, and tapped into the superpowers already within them.

Emily Romano helps people close the gap between what they know in their minds and what they know in their bodies. She is a Master NLP Practitioner, certified hypnotherapist, somatic practitioner, and subconscious reprogramming specialist who has coached clients around the world since 2012, leading workshops across the United States and internationally in Croatia, Mexico, and Colombia.

Before this work, Emily lived the world she now speaks to. She served as both Chief Sales Officer and Chief Product Officer, sitting in the boardroom and leading teams through the same pressure, politics, and performance demands her audiences face every day. She has worked with leaders and teams at companies including Google. That combination, real corporate leadership experience paired with deep training in the subconscious and the body, is what lets her walk into a room of executives and high performers and speak a language they trust immediately.

Emily also spent several years training at a Tibetan Buddhist temple, learning meditation directly from the source. That training shapes everything she now teaches. Her introduction to meditation and mindfulness is built for people who consider themselves too busy, too skeptical, or too chaotic to ever sit still, and it works because it starts in the body, not the mind. People can understand a concept intellectually for years and still react the exact same way under pressure, because understanding lives in the mind and reaction lives in the nervous system. Emily's work closes that gap.

Her keynotes and workshops include topics like:

The Incredible Power of the Mind, a session on the gap between intellectual understanding and embodied knowing, and what it actually takes to close it
A practical approach to conversations that stops them from becoming adversarial, even under real pressure
An introduction to meditation and mindfulness built for the most chaotic, skeptical minds in the room

Her sessions are experiential, not lecture. Audiences do not just hear something new. They feel something shift in real time, in their own bodies, and that felt experience is what makes the change permanent.
