After surviving a life-threatening brain tumor in her thirties, Kim learned that life is precious, and how we live it matters just as much as how long we live.

A competitive athlete most of her life and a public health professional with 28 years in health behavior and education, Kim understands both the science and the soul of wellness. She knows what research says works, and more importantly, what actually helps real women create lasting change.

Now in her sixties and navigating her own body's changes, Kim created the AWE Vitality Method™, a proven framework that guides women over 50 from overwhelm to presence, exhaustion to vitality, and disconnection back home to themselves.

In her online programs and nature retreats, Kim creates sanctuaries where women can release the burden of putting themselves last and experience what she calls AWE, a feeling of presence, vitality, and being at home in their bodies and lives..

A lover of tennis, biking, skiing, and art-based healing practices, Kim brings warmth, wisdom, and lived experience to everything she creates. She knows the journey intimately- the body aches that don't go away as quickly, the energy that feels harder to find, the body that changes in unexpected ways, and she's here to walk it with other women. Kim believes their spark never went out. It's just waiting to be tended to again.
