Dr. Andrew Woods is one of Canada’s leading authorities on soft-skills development and human-centred leadership in the age of artificial intelligence. Over the past two decades, he has trained and developed professionals and organizations in 22 countries across four continents, equipping them to thrive in a world where human intelligence, not artificial intelligence, drives lasting success.
Dr. Woods teaches entrepreneurship, soft skills and leadership in several MBA programs. He previously served as an Adjunct Professor at EMLYON Business School’s Asian campus in Shanghai, China, a triple-accredited business school that consistently ranks among the top 35 MBA programs globally (Financial Times, 2025).
