Run through the line. Not to it.

Keynotes, training, and coaching built on measurable mindset shifts for sales teams, executives, and leaders ready to turn strategy into behavior.

Wendy Holtz has an operating background that spans over 12 years of multi-brand, multi-national strategy: M&A integration, go-to-market execution across the US, Canada, and international markets, sales infrastructure at scale, and PE portfolio value creation. She has sat on investor pitch panels and advised various phases of capital positioning within accelerator programs.

When evaluating a growth-stage company, she can speak to the operational thesis — not just the financial one.

Beyond capital markets, she’s an active practitioner in sales performance and executive planning. She’s designed and facilitated workshops that produced immediate, scalable results. At the executive level, she’s built the planning infrastructure that connects quarterly initiatives to annual growth targets: market segmentation, forecasting, breakeven analysis, and the operational sequencing that turns strategy into execution. She reveals perspective for critical efficiencies and process improvements that impact scalability and acquisition value. Whether it's a half-day sales boot camp or a comprehensive workshop, she works at both the whiteboard and the field level.

Wendy is a Certified Maxwell Leadership® speaker and coach and part of the Maxwell Press tribe of authors. As a sales coach and consultant, speaker, and best-selling author, she helps individuals and teams build a sustainable strategy and cadence that transcends a check-in-the-box training and 3-day improvement blip. Her player-coach mentorship style serves to develop the play call strategy needed when teams must push past the finish line and win in overtime.

Wendy obtained her MBA in International Business from San Diego State University and a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Texas Austin where she achieved Dean’s List and was awarded an athletic scholarship for NCAA Rowing. She continues to apply her player-coach framework to build championship playbooks for team and business structures. She is currently working to publish her second book which translates championship athletic modalities into elite business strategy.

Her relationship-based management style has led to numerous contributions with municipal incubators and entrepreneurial strategy, VC pitch strategy, and corporate sales records. Forward-thinking with #flair. #NotCopyPasted
