PJ has held Senior Vice President and Executive Director roles at some of the country’s most regulated financial institutions, including USAA, BBVA USA Bank, Compass Bank, Regions Bank, Arizona Bank, and First Interstate Bank. She has spent her career in environments where “close enough” is not a strategy and regulators do not appreciate creativity.
