Kate Davis

I would like to provide feedback for Kate Davis who attended the RBC Royal Bank Sales Conference on October 20th. She was extremely funny, appropriate given the audience, a great mix of stand up and audience involvement and was up-beat and energetic. Overall, the feedback from her performance was outstanding. Dear ACE Committee, That is awesome thank you! Kate was wonderful. The nurses had a great time and as you know we can be a tough crowd. Take ourselves very seriously! Kate was warm and funny and engaged everyone in your presentation. Kate was very intuitive to who her audience was and I think by the time she left we felt we had made a friend! Thank you again for your support and please let Kate know we loved her!!

I have received feedback from the employees at Prairie Pride Credit Union. It is definitely unanimous; Kate Davis gave an excellent workshop! She has the ability to reach out to her audience and make her message personal. Our staff group ranges from 20 years of age to 50+. She was able to communicate to all age groups and she did this with humour and honesty. We truly enjoyed the afternoon and will be making referrals to other Credit Unions so that they can hear her message too. She did a fantastic job! Please share this with her!

The conference was a success. Kate’s presentation was great. Not only did Kate have the members of the audience interested and engaged, she was also able to hold everyone’s interest. The overall audience comments were very positive. I hope that Kate enjoyed her time in Halifax. I just wanted to quickly check-in to let you know fabulous Kate was at yesterday’s conference! And Kate…well, I can’t even begin to describe how hilarious that woman is!! I could have listened to her for hours!! I really didn’t get enough of her…I wished we had her for the morning, too!! I was extremely disappointed in our keynote speaker for the morning…I’m just thankful I wasn’t responsible for that one!!! Oh how I wish we could replace that keynote for November 3rd, but I don’t think that can happen unfortunately!! Anyhow, I just wanted to say THANK YOU so much for helping make this all happen!!

Kate, I wanted to thank you for the very informative and entertaining presentation this morning. I love the idea of “using fun to bring everyone into the moment”, and reducing stress so that people bring their best selves to business challenges. I was also absolutely amazed at your ability to sail through some brutal (and embarrassing on our part) audiovisual challenges throughout the presentation. Those distractions would have derailed many a speaker, but you made a few jokes and got right back on with the presentation like nothing happened. I’m taking the “handout” home to read cover to cover with my spouse tonight (who is a facilitator and executive coach by profession), and can’t wait for the next opportunity to hear you present. Kate was a pleasure to work with hosting our BUID Awards Dinner. She was well-organized and cared to ensure she could pronounce the trickiest names. As we’re a live show, the program flow can change, and Kate quickly adapted to ensure our very boisterous crowd was engaged and focused.

Union Delegates Conference 2025, San Jose, California-Kate Davis what a rock star-definitely rocked it! We laughed and we learned. Kate, you were HILARIOUS & ENGAGING. Your keynote was a great pivot from the normal keynote speakers that just talk to the masses. Finding humor to reduce stress and using it to get through the crazy that is our everyday-YES!!! And I had the pleasure of working with you and it was indeed my pleasure. I’m glad that you were able to stay and enjoy our conference. Thank you again for coming and I wish you continued success!!

I wanted to send a note to express my sincere gratitude at having Kate as our keynote speaker at our Advancing Women in Trucking event November 20, 2025. Kate's ability to resonate with her audience is amazing. She drew on humour to address a group facing multiple challenges in their sector. She took the time to prepare for her presentation, having noted unique examples that made her relatable to the audience. She empowered those in the room with her inspiring ability to tell a story which showcased humour. I hope to work with Kate again in the future. Thank you for an amazing presentation on Tuesday! When can most people say that they spent more than 3 hours laughing and learning? Rochester has a reputation as a conservative, dare I say "stodgy" place. You single-handedly took a wrecking ball to that! You've set the bar incredibly high for future presenters.
