Background

For ten years, worked as a Home Care Social Worker, Counseling Manager, and Director of Quality Service for a large hospice organization.  These experiences taught him about the challenges of working on the front line, in middle management, and ultimately in senior management.  He has a proven track record as a successful member for a multidisciplinary team and as an effective leader.

Ron is the 2012-2013 President of the National Speakers Association (NSA).  In 2001, he received the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation, the highest earned designation from NSA.  In 2011, he received the NSA President's Distinguished Service Award and in 2014 he was inducted into the CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame.
