Throughout her 30-year career, Andrea has served in senior leadership roles spanning Human Resources, Food & Beverage, Strategy, and the C-Suite. She led enterprise-wide strategic planning initiatives and architected leadership development programs that shaped culture across the organization.
Her work includes launching:
- An internal leadership conference serving 450+ leaders
- The National Leadership Development Conference (500+ attendees nationwide)
- Executive leadership summits focused on strategic alignment
- A Women’s Leadership Initiative designed to remove barriers and elevate women into senior leadership and board roles
Beyond the stage, Andrea consults with organizations on team dynamics, strategic clarity, and leadership alignment—helping teams move from good intentions to measurable results.
She has served as an Executive Board Member of TeamWomen, chaired its Mentorship Program, and remains active in community and leadership development initiatives.
Andrea is actively involved in community service, volunteering with Special Olympics Minnesota, Feed My Starving Children, and local Chambers of Commerce. She mentors student-athletes in the University of Minnesota’s W.I.L.L. program and was an advisor to the University of North Dakota’s Women in Leadership Program.
