My name is Darren Peterson, and I am the founder of ResultsNotExcuses@zoinlove—a mindset company built on one core principle: results, not excuses, define who we become.

I partner with corporate organizations and sports teams to help individuals elevate their performance through accountability, ownership, and purpose-driven thinking. In the corporate space, my focus is on professional growth, strengthening new-hire integration, and improving retention by instilling a mindset that keeps employees engaged, motivated, and aligned with their role. When people take ownership of their performance, they don’t just show up—they produce.

In athletics, I serve as an extension of the coaching staff, working with teams and individuals to develop the mental discipline, resilience, and consistency required to achieve their goals. My approach ensures that athletes don’t just rely on talent—they build a mindset that sustains success. Because at every level, mindset is the separator.

It is a growing ecosystem that includes a podcast—now in its third season—and an apparel line that makes a bold statement about accountability and identity. Together, these platforms reinforce a culture centered on self-belief, discipline, and measurable results.

My message is deeply personal; my philosophy is rooted in lived experience. I have been a stutterer my entire life, and I understand the mental obstacles that come with it. Public speaking—something many fear—was one of my greatest challenges. But I made a decision early on: my adversity would never become my excuse. Instead, it became my foundation. I learned to embrace discomfort, to value myself, and to build confidence through consistent effort. The lessons my father instilled in me—centered on hard work, resilience, and self-worth—shaped who I am today. Combining my athletic background and academic achievements, including undergraduate and graduate degrees in business and marketing, I bring personal and professional credibility at every stage.

At the core of my message is this: yesterday’s success is not enough. We must stack days, build momentum, and let our performance speak for itself. When individuals commit to that standard, their mindset becomes contagious. Teams strengthen. Cultures evolve. Leadership emerges through action.
