I have more than 20 years of experience in leadership positions across various organizations and currently, I am the Pastor of Discipleship at Move Church where I not only lead discipleship efforts but I also am responsible for training leaders and building a leadership pipeline within the organization. In addition to my experience, I also have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in I/O Psychology and have a leadership certification from Destiny Leadership Insitute, Cultivate Leadership Insititute and of course, The Maxwell Certified Team.
