Lived Leadership that moves audiences to think bigger, act bolder, and leave with practical lessons they can use right away in work, leadership, and the next chapter ahead.

Always available to talk to event planners who had a speaker cancel at the 11th hour and need someone to step into the program.

What happens when a speaker has actually lived the stories he tells?

Your audience gets more than inspiration. They get substance, practical perspective, and a message they can carry back into work and life long after the event is over.

Sean Clarke speaks to professional audiences navigating leadership, career growth, reinvention, and the real decisions that shape what comes next. His keynote programs help people act with more courage, lead with better judgment, communicate more effectively, and approach the next chapter of work and life with greater purpose. Audiences leave with ideas they can use, stories they recognize, and a stronger sense of how to move forward when the next important moment arrives.

Sean’s keynote themes are built around three powerful audience needs:

Fortune Favours the Bold

A keynote about courage, confidence, and taking the next step before you feel fully ready.

What We Do In Life Echoes in Eternity

A keynote about reinvention, next chapters, and making the years ahead count.

Back to the Old School Leadership

A keynote that returns to the basics of leadership, leaders, and leading well.

What Sean brings to the stage is lived experience. He is not repeating theory from a textbook or borrowed stories from someone else’s career. His stories are his own, shaped by decades of working where people, performance, and reputation were closely connected.

Sean is a retired Canadian Forces Master Warrant Officer, network engineering consultant, project and program manager, and former PMO leader. For more than thirty years he worked in military operations, IT and telecommunications, and complex delivery environments where results were visible and the quality of leadership mattered. He holds an MBA, maintains his Project Management Professional certification, and built his career leading teams, delivering major work, and helping people perform under pressure.

That background is what gives Sean’s message its weight. He speaks from experience about leadership, communication, judgment, trust, growth, and the choices that shape strong careers and meaningful next chapters.

Meeting planners book Sean when they want a speaker who brings professionalism, substance, and a message that connects with real people in real workplaces. His presentations are thoughtful, engaging, and grounded in the kind of lived experience audiences respect because they know it is real.

If you want a speaker who can connect with experienced professionals, challenge them to think, and leave them with something worth carrying forward, Sean Clarke delivers that message from a place few speakers can claim.
